Taboo love at finishing school

One of the things I like most about Telford’s writing is that she has a dirty mind and does not care! But not only that, she can express her dirtiness so eloquently, you almost forget you’re reading erotica…almost *wink.*
The first few sentences tell you exactly what you’re in for, so buckle up and enjoy the ride! Her stories have really pushed my limits and blurred the lines I’ve set for myself about what things I allow to get me excited and which topics won’t. She’s slowly chipping away at that wall I’ve built around appropriate sensuality and just stuff I feel is wrong. Her writing is so good, so sensual, and hypnotic, you find yourself letting go and embracing the story.
I don’t know how she does it, but no matter what period, or subject matter she chooses to write, she nails it. She nails the vocabulary of the time, she nails the characters actions, there responses to one another, and somewhere in there she makes it irresistible to stop reading about them. She also finds a way to make her characters get together in the end in a way that makes sense for the period they’re in. I end up asking myself after I’ve read one of these kinds of stories; I wonder if this has/could actually happen?
I really enjoyed this one, I loved the writing and felt like I was exploring things and experiencing the same things as the characters. Wanting it to happen, but knowing it’s wrong. Then just saying, the hell with it, keep reading.
I recommend this one and others by the author, there truly is something for everyone, and even if you’re like me, cautious about content, and hesitant about delving into the taboo erotica, Telfords’s stories are at least written with a surprising eloquence and style all her own.

Forbidden love at its finest...

Expertly crafted, Telford doesn't fail to disappoint as she spins another tale of forbidden, sapphic love. This author is a master of taboo and sensuality often making us root for a barely legal large age gap romance. The author seduces the reader just as much as she does her characters. Absolutely loved it. Please, please write more F/F stories.

Quality Writing

This author writes so well you're not aware you are reading. You actually experience what's happening, the emotions of those women involved, the the passion they feel. We meet Maddie right away, being fascinated by an older woman, Camille. Maddie falls in love with Camille and is taught about love by Camille. The story takes place in a school of etiquette for girls, a pregnant environment for nubile passion. The story builds slowly, until we witness Maddie climaxing while Camille watches. Later we see Camille bring Maddie to London, to a brothel, and Maddie learns overnight what paid sex is about. There's a reason for this, but I won't spoil the ending. The story is erotic, not vulgar.
Written by a women, the story is gentle, and passion is credible, not unlike what most of us feel. We are not bombarded by non stop lurid descriptions of orgasms. There are no men in the story.
